Montgomery Estates

The Montgomery Estates subdivision has long been recognized as one of the flagship developments at Lake Tahoe. Underground utilities are installed in a section of this wonderful neighborhood which was one of the last subdivisions to be developed at Lake Tahoe and due to this fact most properties are newer by comparison to other parts of South Lake Tahoe. There are (5) distinct parts that make up Montgomery Estates with the Golden Bear and Kokanee Estates areas being on the east side and the Cold Creek neighborhood anchoring the western portion.
